1 Make More Cognitive Activity
Doing exercises makes your body stronger, likewise mental activities such as puzzles, watching alternate ways while driving or walking, reading a newspaper column, or learning to play an instrument can sharpen your brain. the mind opens and strengthens. Whichever activity you choose, do something that warns your brain.
2 Get Your Sleep
Not being able to get enough sleep prevents your brain functions from working better, and using your problem solving and reasoning skills in full. Not getting enough sleep prevents you from remembering a new knowledge and concentrating on everyday tasks. Although the required duration of sleep varies from one person to another, adults should sleep 7-9 hours and children 10-11 hours.
3 Social Activities
Spending time with your friends and family makes more sense than having a little fun. Social interactions reduce, even eliminate, depression and stress that lead to memory problems. Even leaving home for a meal with a friend, especially if you live alone, will help you with the memory.
4 Keep away from Distracting Things
Trying to focus on too many things simultanously reduces the concentration by a certain amount. When you are dealing with a task, remove distractions from the center if possible, set yourself a quiet room away from the television, the telephone and the computer. Surely it will be much easier to remember the information you learned in such an environment later.
5 Do Sports
To sharpen your mind, make physical exercises a part of your life, so you can improve your memory and concentration. A healthy body and intelligence are directly related.
